South London Orienteers (SLOW) have produced a series of eight videos showing different techniques used in orienteering presented by different athletes from the GB Orienteering team. The Southern Championships were held over the weekend of Nov 24/25 on the newly combined areas of Hindhead Common and the Devil’s Punch Bowl. There were some great results and many podium places for Happy Herts runners at both event. [Read more..]
