Highfield Park, 30th May 2026

The event at Highfield today took place in glorious sunshine, fortunately a bit cooler than the start of last week. Using the field for download also the tents could be positioned to take advantage of the shade which lasted pretty much for the whole event.

Alice’s courses seem to have been enjoyed by everyone and the longer ones visited both the park and the residential streets.

My thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success, Simon as controller, Alice for planning, Neil for getting permissions and everyone who volunteered and made my job much easier. Also to Highfield Park  and the gym  for permission to use their facilities.
