Organisers Comments

It was good to see so many people at the first Youth League of the season, despite the miserable weather. There were also a couple of exciting developments on the technological front. Firstly we now have the ability to take credit and debit card payments (thanks Tim for sorting this), and secondly splitsbrowser was available live at the event so runners could compare how they managed individual legs with other runners during the event itself (thanks Kevin for sorting this). Finally, on my third occasion as organiser at Fairlands,  I’ve finally managed to run myself and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the woods in the south were.
