Training and Advice for all ages and experience
Our usual pre-Saturday Series training continues at Panshanger when we will be providing a range of orienteering games and exercises for you to try before your run.
In addition we will be happy to provide advice to attendees regarding your Saturday Series course prior to the run and to review what you did after you have finished.
This time training will begin at 10.15 (to allow time for the Park Run to clear) and we will be finishing at 11.00 in plenty of time for you to do your Saturday series course.

Please notify Keith in advance if you are intending to join us at training, as this helps us to plan the session and match the session to the attendees;
If you are an experienced orienteer and can spare time to help the next generation of orienteers you would be especially welcome!
