As usual a short orienteering training session will take place before the Saturday Series event at Verulamium Park on December 2nd.  We aim to start at 9.30 a.m. for just an hour leaving you plenty of time to fit in a run at the Saturday Series event.

We will be in the open spaces of Verulamium Park with the emphasis being on orientating the map, and keeping it orientated and then introducing you to Control Descriptions.
