Parking & Registration Westminster Lodge Pay & Display – free for 2 hours, then chargeable. The number of spaces may be limited, so if full, use street parking opposite the entrance to the Park.
Registration and download are based at the rear of the Sea Cadets’ Hut which is situated between the swimming pool and the running track.
Please note: Westminster Lodge is very well signed, so there won’t be any O signage on the main roads. 
Look for the vertical yellow and blue HH banner as you come to the parking areas past the swimming pool
.
Public Transport  St Albans City rail station is just over a mile away. St Albans Abbey station is adjacent to the park entrance.
Courses For the Youth League, boys and girls compete in separate, age-dependant classes:

In addition to the White, Yellow, Orange and Light Green courses above, there will be a Blue course of distance c. 5.8km.

Adults and other runners who are not participating in the Youth League may enter any course.

Starts Register from 09:45 to 11:15
Regulars can save time by reserving a map/dibber at http://sat.maptypes.org
Starts from 10:00 – 11:30. Courses close at 12:30
Fees Non-members: Adults £6, Juniors £3
British Orienteering members: Adults £4, Juniors £2, HH Juniors £FREE.
Adults accompanying juniors are free. Extra maps, if available, £1.
Punching Sportident punching will be used.
Dibber hire £1.00. Charge for lost dibbers £30
Map  1:7500 pre-marked maps for all courses on waterproof paper
Facilities There are public toilets by the athletics track. The Inn on the Park does snacks, teas, coffees etc.
Dogs  Please keep dogs on leads and clear up behind you
Safety Orienteering is an adventure sport. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.
