Youth League – Chipperfield – Hertfordshire Orienteering Club

A good turn out at Chipperfield Common saw some exciting racing for individual medals. St Albans High School retained both the main trophy and the Maureen Webster Memorial Trophy for participation.

I gave out medals at Chipperfield for competitors who had run 3 events and additional place medals for those that had done 3 events and were in the top 3 in their class. If you are due a medal but have not received it yet, please email me and I will put it in the post.

Unfortunately, we no longer get large Schools participating. So, from next season, we are dropping the number of scoring competitors to 4. We hope this allows more groups to bring competitive teams and maybe ad-hoc teams being formed for schools, without central organization from a teacher.
