The next Junior Training day will be held at Haberdashers’ Aske’s Boys’ School.  If you are going to attend, please email Frances in advance.

Where: Butterfly Lane, Elstree, Hertfordshire WD6 3AF – follow signs inside the school grounds.
When: 10.15 am – 3.00pm  Friday 1st November 2013
What: Starting in the gym, there will be a variety of indoor games and exercises, some theory training and some outdoor exercises such as Naughty Numbers and an afternoon course.
What to bring: Wear clothes & shoes suitable for running in. Bring a change of shoes & socks to wear in the gym and waterproof & extra warm clothing if it is a cold & wet day.

Bring a packed lunch (squash & water will be available, hot chocolate if it is very cold.)

You must bring a signed medical/consent form if you have not already done one previously.

Cost: Free to HH juniors, £2 to non-members
Equipment: All maps & compasses will be provided but if you have your own compass and dibber, please bring them. Activities & games will be suitable for the age & experience of the participants.

Parents are always welcome to attend and help out.
