One of our weekly series of informal Street-O events around Hertfordshire on Tuesday evenings.  Newcomers very welcome.

This event is entirely within Stanborough Park so suitable for unaccompanied juniors.

Please note:

  • Wearing high visibility clothing is advised especially at the start and end of the Street-O season.
  • You should not come if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
  • While at the event you should be courteous to members of the public.

Format 45 minute Score event – visit as many controls as you can in 45 minutes.  You can walk, run or jog.

Bring a smartphone or GPS watch if you have one, and pre-load the MapRun course:

Meeting Point
& Parking		 Meet: Stanborough Lakes, North car park (//sake.dash.fool).  No access from Southbound A6129!
Park: Parking at Stanborough is expensive if staying for > 1 hr.  Recommend parking is on-street (free after 6pm) at eg: Stanborough Green ( AL8 6XQ) or the Great North Road (AL8 7TA).
Timings Start between 19:00 and 19:20
Participants Everyone who fancies an evening run with a difference. You can walk and jog too!
Registration You are advised to pre-register to ensure a map is available at https://hh.mapreservation.org.uk/
Limited entry on the day, subject to map availability.
Registration closes at midday before the event. We will charge per registrant but you may cancel your entry up to registration close.
Entry Fees & Payment £2 for HH members, £3 for everyone else (including other BOF members).  Payment by bank transfer to HH – in advance of the event or immediately after!
Participants can pay for multiple events/family members with one payment (any credit left at the end of the series will be refunded).

Please email confirmation to treasurer@herts-orienteering.club to make matching names to registrations easier. If you end up running before paying you will need to reimburse the club within 48 hours.
Maps Waterproof maps will be provided on the night.
