| Parking | Parking has been arranged at Wheathampstead Cricket Club and the Wicked Lady Pub, the other side of the B651. Postcode AL4 8EL. Competitors parked at the pub are asked to vacate in time for their lunch time trade, unless they wish to partake! |
| Courses | Yellow ~ 2 – 2.5km (Junior Beginners) Orange ~ 3.0km (Junior Intermediates & Adult Beginners) Light Green ~ 3.5km (Adult Intermediates & above) LG plus extension ~ 5.5km (Adult Intermediates & above) All course lengths provisional. |
| Starts | Register from 10:00 to 11:15 or visit http://sat.maptypes.org to reserve map/dibber but check website as normally only available a week in advance. Last start 11:30. Courses close at 12:30. |
| Fees | Non-HH members: Adults £5, Juniors £2 HH members: Adults £3, Group Juniors £1, Individual Juniors £FREE. Adults accompanying juniors are free. |
| Punching | Sportident punching will be used. Dibber hire £1.00. Charge for lost dibbers £30 |
| Map | 1:10,000 pre-marked maps for all courses (not waterproof). |
| Facilities | Toilets at the cricket club. Orange squash and water. The Wicked Lady pub is adjacent to the event for lunch. |
