Are you wondering how to start off 2016?

Well come and run round the Highfield Park, St Albans permanent course
controls.

Newly set up in 2015 the course is 5.5km optimum route round the 40
controls that make up the permanent course.

There will be a mass start at 11.00 am from Charters Sports Centre,
Russet Drive, AL4 0DB. Register from 10.45.

No SI & no punches and faster runners will get round the lot in about 30
– 40 mins but mortals have 60 mins to find as many as they can.

Walk or run. Cost £2.00 to cover British Orienteering levy.
