After a short break for Easter club training is back!  Our next training event is on Saturday 13th May.

Location: Meet at North end of Cassiobury Car Park, Gade Avenue, Watford WD18 7LG

Time: Start at 10:00 so arrive in time to change shoes, parking (free for 2 hours or £2 for 3 hours but you need a ticket or use RingGo app).  Finish 12:00

The Park has café and toilets

There will be exercises for all levels of age and experience.
