Dinner choices are:
- Stuffed mushrooms filled with a forest mushroom duxelle
- Cornish crab with smoked salmon, chive creme fraiche & fresh blinis
- Smoked duck salad with a honey dressing and toasted almonds
- Pan seared best end of lamb with steamed asparagus, wilted wild garlic rosemary jus.
- Roasted red pepper & saffron risotto with a basil cream & dressed summer leaf salad
- Steamed medallion of salmon wrapped in leek, with a Pernod & vanilla beurre blanc
- Chef’s trio of desserts
- Pineapple carpaccio marinated in Cointreau, served with blood orange coulis & autumn berries.
