Dinner choices are:

Starter:

  • Stuffed mushrooms filled with a forest mushroom duxelle
  • Cornish crab with smoked salmon, chive creme fraiche & fresh blinis
  • Smoked duck salad with a honey dressing and toasted almonds

Mains:

  • Pan seared best end of lamb with steamed asparagus, wilted wild garlic rosemary jus.
  • Roasted red pepper & saffron risotto with a basil cream & dressed summer leaf salad
  • Steamed medallion of salmon wrapped in leek, with a Pernod & vanilla beurre blanc

Desserts:

  • Chef’s trio of desserts
  • Pineapple carpaccio marinated in Cointreau, served with blood orange coulis & autumn berries.
