Meet at North end of Cassiobury Car Park, Gade Avenue, Watford WD18 7LG

Time: Start at 10:00 so please arrive in time to change shoes, parking (free for 2 hours or £2 for 3 hours but you need a ticket or use RingGo app)

Finish: 12:00

The park has café and toilets.  There will be exercises for all levels of age and experience.
