Saturday 17th October at Jersey Farm, St Albans.  This will be suitable for everyone.  Training is open to all and newcomers are welcome too.

Please note the start time of 10:30, slightly later than usual to allow for Parkrun people to clear.

Parking & Meeting point: 

Jersey Farm Woodland Park South , Sandringham Crescent / Chiltern Road, St Albans AL4 9ST.  This is the same as used by the Saturday Series event on October 3rd.

Time:

Start at 10:30 so please arrive in time to change shoes etc.

Finish: 12:30 back at the car park
